Release v1.0 Patch Notes

Patched a couple of the holes we didn't have time for during the Jam, and added a few nice features.
All old replays should still load just fine, and not be corrupted.
Change Log:

1.  Added a 'Restart Race' Button to the Esc menu.
2.  Replay ghosts now appear 40% transparent.
3.  Adjusted the detection area of the third checkpoint to fix a rare issue where phase dash could accidentally skip it on the final lap
4.  Main menu music now loops in the download version. Web version is still bugged.
5.  Added a spectator mode. During spectator mode, the camera follows the leftmost still-alive player registered as an opponent.
6.  A winning replay no longer explodes.
